My Self-Portrait Wins 1st Prize in The Independent Photographer Portrait Competition
A truly meaningful event happened to me in June 2025 — my self-portrait was awarded 1st Prize in the Portrait category by The Independent Photographer.
It’s hard to put into words the full range of emotions — I’m still processing it all. I’m deeply grateful to the jury, especially to Luisa Dörr, and to the entire team at The Independent Photographer for this incredible recognition.
And of course, a heartfelt thank-you to my colleagues, friends, and family for your ongoing support and belief in my creative path.
